In alignment to government mandates, we have now modified day-to-day business operations and are following the government requirements. We understand that following the receipt of this email, you will have questions and thus we are providing you a detailed response below in light of the frequently asked questions:
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR VISA?
If your Visa is expiring, INZ has released a statement today itself as follows:
ALL ONSHORE Temporary Visa Holders: Work Visa, Visitor Visa and Student Visa, Partnership Visas, Dependent Children Visas
Individual Visas expiring From 1st April 2020 till 9th July 2020.
INZ has decided to grant a GRACE PERIOD till End of September 2020.
Any individual persons and/or families falling under this categories, will received an automated email directly from Immigration New Zealand (INZ). You must thereafter send us a copy via email to confirm the formal extension. In any case, if you do not receive an email from INZ till the date of your Visa Expiry, you must contact us. The same rules applies to Interim Visas.
DOCUMENTATION & LODGEMENTS
All documentation in respect to your or your family’s potential application must be sent digitally to us via PDF format only via email. As you are aware face to face meeting is strictly now forbidden as our Offices are temporary closed. Several of the non-essential businesses will be shut or working remotely as well. The listing has been provided by the New Zealand Government and released online.
When sending documentation you must provide us a detailed listing of all documentations sent.
PAPER FORMAT APPLICATIONS
No Paper format applications will be acceptable or submitted as every individual person will be in self isolation from Wednesday 25th March midnight. You may send us an email copy to allow us to start reviewing the documents.
If you do not have access to a Scanner, you may download an application on Android or Apple STORE namely: TINY Scanner App: PDF Document Scan.
All Tertiary Institutions are shut down effectively immediately therefore all enrolments will be on hold. However, DNZI ltd strongly encourages you to gather and prepare all expected documents as we understand once businesses return to normal, there will be influx of applications so therefore we encourage you to act now.
CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES
You must inform any change of circumstances at all times.
As an Immigration Company, it is pivotal that we put the interest of the clients first as well as handle the COVID 19 situation. At this stage, DNZI Ltd is operational remotely with Skeleton Staff, and we confirm and ensure you that all lines of communication will remain open. The great thing about the modern workplace and cloud-based technologies is that we will be available during normal working hours.

On a final note, we encourage you to take care of yourselves and your whanau during this time and check in on those around you. This is a time of a lot of change that’s likely to create some anxiety, which could be particularly hard for vulnerable people in our communities.
